So whether you are a tea enthusiast or a hardened coffee drinker, their creative drinks menu alone is worth a special visit. Their unique ‘Tea Lattes’ like Sheffield Fog are made using Earl Grey tea, vanilla and frothy milk. Served from a glass jug, it’s a must-try, and if you love it, you can buy a kit to make it at a home.

Passionate about quality and local produce, they work with some of the best independent suppliers the region has to offer - including Foundry Coffee Roasters, Moss Valley Fine Meats and Welbeck Bakehouse. Their pancakes are legendary, and they do a sensational vegan breakfast bowl.

If you're craving a taste of Kiwi café culture in Sheffield, look no further than Tamper Coffee. Located in the charming Sellers Wheel, a white-washed 19th-century former silversmiths building, Tamper brings a slice of New Zealand’s laid-back vibe and exceptional cuisine to the heart of the Cultural Industries Quarter, close to the train station

Tamper takes coffee seriously. Their expert baristas serve up a selection of the finest coffee from locally roasted beans. Whether you’re a fan of a smooth flat white, a strong espresso, or something more adventurous, Tamper’s barista team knows how to brew a perfect cup. They are licensed too, so they offer a great range of wines and cocktails if you fancy spritzing up your brekky.

This super-popular spot offers seasonal, fresh Australasian-inspired dishes like the Big Aussy or Big Kiwi, French Toast with mixed berries, bacon and maple syrup, Turkish Eggs, Chili Crab Scramble and our favourite Corn and Coriander Fritters with poached eggs, avocado and hot honey (pictured) – delicious!
